Staff is very helpful and accommodating, they responded to questions on booking.com that I sent before our trip and were able to store our luggage for an affordable price. We booked our first stay 3 days, went on a weekend trip out of Tokyo, and then returned back to Hotel Comfybed Ginza - it was cheaper to store the luggage with them, instead of forward it to each hotel.

It’s very clean and spacious compared to most hotels in Tokyo. The bed is very comfortable. Two types of pillows are provided and the bean-type pillow supports the neck very well. I stayed here 6 nights and it was a good stay. A good ionity hairdryer was provided, unlike the tiny hairdryers provided in other hotels. It’s conveniently 3 min walk from the train station.
